Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA services for children with autism. You’ll develop individualized treatment programs, perform assessments, analyze data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes evidence-based care, staff training, and ensuring compliance with BACB standards while supporting families and promoting meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification through BACB.
• Current Michigan LBA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs.
• Strong clinical judgment, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment programs and behavior plans.
• Conduct and interpret clinical assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust programs.
• Provide supervision and coaching to staff and team members.
• Train staff and families in ABA principles and strategies.
• Provide direct ABA services when appropriate.
• Participate in meetings with families and treatment teams.
• Collaborate with directors, therapists, and providers to ensure quality care.
• Support staff development and ongoing coaching and training.
• Maintain supervision and productivity requirements.
• Complete clinical documentation, data, plans, and billing accurately.
• Maintain compliance with BACB, state licensure, HIPAA, and policies.
• Advocate for safety and well-being of those we serve.
