Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hourly remote role in Massachusetts. You will design, implement, and supervise ABA services for clients with autism and related disorders, with occasional travel to client homes and sites (approximately 20-30%).

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, collecting data, and coordinating with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from BACB.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable in your state).
