Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time remote role. You will design and oversee ABA services for clients with autism, with occasional travel to homes, schools, or clinics.

The position reports to the Regional Clinical Director and collaborates with the ABA team to ensure high-quality interventions. The role requires a BCBA certification, 2+ years of ABA experience, and strong data-driven treatment planning, assessment, and supervision

Qualifications

• Master's in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism.
• Proficiency in assessment tools and ABA methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
