Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hourly remote position. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA services for clients with autism, with occasional travel to client locations and supervision sites.

The role reports to Regional Clinical Directors and requires at least 2 years of ABA experience, a BCBA certification, and a master's or related field degree. Remote work offers flexible scheduling within client needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism.
• Proficiency with assessment tools and ABA methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to client homes/schools/sites (20-30% travel).
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
