Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a remote hourly role. You will design and oversee ABA services for clients with autism, with occasional travel to client sites and supervision locations. Reports to Regional Clinical Director and collaborates with the ABA team.

The position requires a Master’s in a related field, BACB-verified BCBA, and at least 2 years of ABA experience. Availability across multiple time blocks plus travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable in your state).
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience with individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
