Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hourly remote position. You will design, implement, and supervise ABA services for clients with autism, with occasional travel to client sites and supervision locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable in your state).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Travel to client locations as needed (20–30% travel).
