Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hourly remote role. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA services for clients with autism and related disorders, with occasional travel to client locations and supervision sites.

Reports to Regional Clinical Director. The position emphasizes home and school-based ABA delivery, collaboration with families, and adherence to ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • BCBA certification from BACB.
  • State licensure as a behavior analyst if applicable.
  • Minimum 2 years of ABA experience with autism.
  • Proficiency with ABA assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and oversee ABA therapy programs.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide remote supervision and consultation with clients and families.
  • Supervise RBTs and support staff.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team reviews.
  • Stay updated with ABA research and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulations.
  • Travel to client homes/schools/sites as needed (20–30%).
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
