Job summary

Skill Sprouts ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA for a fully remote position with flexible scheduling. In-person support is provided only when clinically necessary, and independence with supervision is encouraged.

You will conduct behavioral and functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans and BIPs, and supervise RBTs while providing caregiver training. There are leadership and professional development opportunities within a growing provider.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and provide caregiver training.
• Administrative and clinical support provided.
• Professional development and leadership opportunities available.
