Job summary

Alight Behavioral is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and providing high-quality behavioral therapy.

This remote role offers flexible hours, collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams, and opportunities for ongoing professional development while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and licensed in MO.
• Experience working with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Train and supervise staff in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Stay current with research, trends, and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
