Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. The role is currently fully remote with potential future hybrid work, and involves assessments, treatment planning, supervision of technicians, and caregiver collaboration.

The successful candidate will hold GA licensure or be willing to obtain it, with a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field, and experience in autism/ developmental

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Eligible for Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and provide clinical guidance.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ethical standards.
