ABA Journey is seeking a motivated BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight for ABA services across Georgia. This fully remote position offers flexibility and a meaningful clinical impact.

The role includes supervising clinical staff, evaluating treatment plans, and ensuring data-driven, ethical practice. Part-time options available; Georgia residency or proximity required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field required.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Residency in Georgia or within 50 miles of the state border.

Responsabilités

• Oversee ABA programming and supervision of clinical staff.
• Conduct FBAs and assessments as a BCBA.
• Create and update ABA treatment plans.
• Guide RBT implementation and provide feedback.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions.
• Ensure data-driven, ethical, individualized services.
• Provide caregiver and parent training.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Follow BACB and state guidelines.
