Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Experience supervising RBTs is preferred.
• Residency in Georgia or within 50 miles of the state border.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of ABA programming and supervise clinical staff.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Ensure data-driven, ethical, individualized services.
• Deliver caregiver and parent training.
• Lead treatment plan creation, review, and updates.
• Guide RBT implementation and provide performance feedback.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with guidelines.
• Collaborate with related service providers to support clients.
• Adhere to BACB, funding sources, and Georgia state guidelines.
