Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to clients in Georgia. The position offers full remote work with potential future hybrid options as regulations evolve.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and partner with families to drive meaningful progress. Compensation is up to $93/hour with negotiable rates based on experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent.
• Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure or eligibility required or supported.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
