Life Skill Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is seeking a Telehealth BCBA to lead in-home ABA services virtually for children up to age 12. This remote role includes periodic market travel, with travel expenses paid by Centria, and a base salary up to $105,000 plus bonuses.

You will supervise remote staff, develop assent-based plans, coach families, and ensure high-quality clinical care across multiple locations.

Qualifikationen

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience with telehealth is a plus.

• Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth.
• Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
