Centria Healthcare’s Life Skills Autism Academy (Center-Based) is seeking a BCBA to lead center-based ABA services via telehealth for kids 12 and under. Travel to markets is required, with expenses paid by Centria.

Base salary up to $105,000 with a bonus structure averaging $1,000+ monthly, plus comprehensive benefits. You’ll supervise remote teams using CareConnect, lead family training, and drive assent-based, evidence-driven care across multiple locations with predictable caseloads and strong

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with expertise in early intervention.
• Experience delivering telehealth supervision and coaching.
• Ability to lead center-based ABA services virtually for children 12 and under.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth.
• Offer remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
