Centria Autism is seeking a licensed BCBA for a Telehealth role delivering in-home ABA services virtually, partnering with families and technicians to maintain clinical impact while working remotely across multiple locations in the United States.

The role includes remote supervision, assent-based care, family training, and data-driven decision-making, with travel to markets paid by Centria. Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $105,000 with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
• Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
