Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead telehealth in-home ABA services from Phoenix, AZ. The role emphasizes remote clinical oversight, coaching, and family training, with periodic travel to markets.

You will work to ensure compassionate, high-quality care while supporting families and technicians across multiple locations. The position offers a base salary range of $80,000–$105,000 with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities, and Centria’s CareConnect

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA with current certification.
• Experience with telehealth and in-home ABA preferred.
• Willingness to travel to markets as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth.
• Provide remote coaching and supervision to Behavior Technicians in the field.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
