Life Skill Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, seeks a Telehealth BCBA to lead remote, center-based ABA services for children 12 and under. You’ll supervise in-home teams virtually, deliver assent-based plans, and train families via telehealth across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• BCBA with Telehealth experience and ability to travel.
• Experience delivering center-based ABA services remotely.
• Strong clinical oversight and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
• Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
