Life Skill Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, seeks a BCBA for remote telehealth delivery of center-based ABA therapy for children under 12. You will supervise technicians and collaborate with families to drive progress.

Formación

• BCBA certification or eligibility required.
• Experience delivering telehealth ABA services preferred.
• Ability to supervise and guide Behavior Technicians.
• Strong data-driven approach to treatment planning.
• Excellent communication with families and caregivers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in a telehealth-to-center model.
• Provide daily supervision to Behavior Technicians.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans.
• Engage families with scheduled remote training sessions.
• Ensure high-quality clinical services with data-driven decisions.
