Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians.

The role emphasizes collaboration with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams, strong documentation, and adherence to ethical standards to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
