Vetted Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide evidence-based ABA services to children and adolescents across school, clinic, and community settings in Massachusetts. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and close collaboration with families and educators.

The BCBA will conduct FBAs, design and oversee individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians while partnering with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required.
• Experience using functional assessment methods and data-driven decision making.
• Experience developing ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Proven skills in supervision, coaching, and team collaboration.
• Effective communication and partnership with families and school/health professionals.

Responsabilités

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
