AllTheWay ABA seeks a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dedicated team in Massachusetts. The role includes delivering ABA-based therapy, conducting assessments, and creating data-driven treatment plans while working with a supportive interdisciplinary team.

The BCBA will supervise behavior technicians, collect progress data, and adjust plans as needed. This remote position offers flexible hours, with opportunities across full-time or part-time engagements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid BCBA certification.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with special education practices.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Proficient in patient assessments and data collection.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
