You will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans while monitoring progress. Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and ABA, with ability to design and supervise programs.
• Knowledge of psychology and behavior management to address diverse needs.
• Experience providing parent education and caregiver training.
• Current BCBA certification and BACB ethical compliance.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with neurodiverse individuals (autism, developmental disabilities) in clinical/home/school settings.
• Ability to collect, interpret, and use data to guide decisions.
