Job summary
Restore ABA & Speech Therapy is seeking a Part-Time BCBA Consultant to supervise RBTs remotely. You will provide 1–2 hours of supervision per RBT monthly, ensuring fidelity to behavior plans and BACB standards.
Flexible scheduling and potential for advancement accompany a 1099 or W-2 arrangement. Candidates must meet BACB ethics and state requirements, with strong coaching and documentation skills essential for success.
Qualifications
- Supervising RBTs in accordance with BACB ethics and payer requirements.
- Observing RBT service delivery and providing coaching and feedback.
- Completing supervision documentation accurately and timely.
- Ensuring treatment fidelity during RBT implementation.
- Communicating observations to Clinical Director and team as needed.
- Maintaining BACB Ethics Code and licensing compliance.
- Participating in occasional clinical meetings or consultations.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1–2 hours of monthly supervision for assigned RBTs.
- Conduct direct observation of RBTs and provide coaching/feedback.
- Complete required supervision documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure RBTs implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
- Communicate clinical observations to the Clinical Director and team.
