Job summary

RESTORE ABA & SPEECH THERAPY LLC in Humble, TX seeks a Part-Time BCBA Consultant to supervise RBTs on a flexible schedule. The role includes direct observation, coaching, and documentation to ensure treatment fidelity and compliance with BACB Ethics Code. Remote work options are available.

The consultant will collaborate with the Clinical Director and treatment team, participate in occasional meetings, and be compensated as a 1099 or W-2 as applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising RBTs and ensuring adherence to BACB Ethics Code.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1–2 hours of monthly supervision for assigned RBTs per BACB requirements.
• Conduct direct observation of RBT service delivery and provide coaching and feedback.
• Complete supervision documentation accurately and timely.
• Ensure RBTs implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
• Communicate clinical observations and recommendations to the Clinical Director and treatment team.
