Job summary
Hannah's Gift ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote supervision for RBTs delivering in-home ABA services across Colorado. You will review data, adjust treatment plans, and ensure fidelity from your home office.
Responsibilities include remote supervision sessions via secure telehealth, caregiver coaching, and weekly clinical huddles with the Colorado BCBA team. Hybrid opportunities may develop as the team grows.
Qualifications
- Colorado residency or licensure eligibility in Colorado.
- Minimum 1 year supervising RBTs in a home-based or telehealth ABA setting.
- Proficiency with CentralReach or similar ABA practice management software.
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office space for telehealth sessions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote supervision sessions to RBTs via secure telehealth, reviewing data and modeling techniques.
- Conduct virtual caregiver coaching and parent training to generalize skills across environments.
- Review and update individualized treatment plans based on graphed data and RBT session notes.
- Participate in weekly virtual clinical huddles and case reviews with the broader BCBA team.
- Coordinate with in-person BCBAs and families to ensure seamless hybrid service delivery.
