Job summary

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking BCBAs and BCaBAs for part-time clinical supervisor roles with remote/hybrid supervision, flexible scheduling, and a focus on in-home ABA services. Opportunity to grow into full-time positions is available.

Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling needs. S/he will supervise telehealth sessions, complete monthly in-person visits, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families within a supportive team and a growing

Qualifications

• Active BACB certification (BCBA or BCaBA) in good standing.
• Active LARA License.
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth supervision sessions.
• Complete monthly in-person client visits.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers.
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and treatment implementation.
• Maintain documentation per standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
