Job summary

Autonomous Behavior Solutions is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee remote ABA services for a diverse caseload. This part-time, telehealth role focuses on supervision, treatment plan design, and collaboration with families and schools to ensure high-quality care.

You will supervise therapists, guide data-driven interventions, and support program development in a fully remote setting. Must reside in California with relevant credentials.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• At least 5 years of experience with children diagnosed with autism or developmental delays.
• Minimum of 2 years supervising in ABA, including remote supervision.
• Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and FBA/BIP development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to cultural responsiveness and family-centered care.
• Must reside in California and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and oversee ABA programming using evidence-based methods
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs on plans and data collection
• Monitor progress, analyse data, and refine goals
• Collaborate with school teams to implement behavior support plans
• Support MTSS practices and trauma-informed approaches
• Lead trainings and contribute to program development
• Attend IEP meetings and provide clinical consultation as needed
• Provide remote guidance to technicians handling challenging behaviors
