Qualifications

• 1–2 years ABA experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee treatment plans based on ABA principles.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to guide decisions.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and staff.
• Train parents and families to implement behavior strategies.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and progress notes.
