Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a BCBA to join our Georgia-based clinical team on an hourly contractor basis. You will conduct FBAs, create individualized behavior intervention plans, and monitor progress with rigorous data analysis.

You will supervise RBTs and collaborate closely with families, speech therapists, OTs, and educators to deliver coordinated care. The role emphasizes timely documentation, regulatory compliance, and a flexible remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing (required).
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of BCBA experience, ideally with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must reside in Georgia or hold Georgia state licensure.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to adjust programs based on progress trends.
• Genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill assessments; develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust interventions.
• Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs—providing guidance, training, and fidelity oversight.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, speech therapists, OTs, and educators to deliver coordinated, whole-child care.
• Complete session notes, progress reports, and all documentation on time and in compliance with BACB and Georgia state requirements.
