Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. The role may transition to a hybrid model with advance notice as regulations evolve.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families and teams. Remote position with no minimum or maximum caseload, flexible scheduling, and ongoing support including licensure expansion assistance and a dedicated

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Eligible for Georgia licensure or currently licensed.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
