Job summary

byyoursideac is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Georgia to evaluate, design, and implement ABA therapy plans. The role includes data collection, collaboration with families and staff, and creating comprehensive therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs.

The position offers flexible scheduling with remote feasibility (2 remote days per week), potential bonuses up to $10K, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• National Certification by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Master’s Degree required in relevant field from an accredited University.
• Completion of eight (8) hour online competency-based training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluation to determine appropriate programming, frequency and therapy plan.
• Maintain a comprehensive therapy plan for each client; long range goals and objectives.
• Evaluate and prepare required reports per request from parents/guardians.
• Arrange parent meetings for communication and training with the family.
