Job summary

ABA Journey in Georgia is seeking a motivated BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and ABA oversight for clients statewide. This fully remote role offers flexibility and meaningful clinical impact.

You will supervise staff, guide treatment plans, and ensure data-driven, ethical practices. Part-time or full-time schedules are available, with competitive hourly pay and strong BCBA leadership support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Residency in Georgia or within 50 miles of the state border.
• Ability to work independently in a remote BCBA role.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and ABA oversight for clients statewide.
• Supervise clinical staff and guide treatment evaluation.
• Ensure data-driven, ethical, and individualized services.
• Create, review, and update ABA treatment plans.
• Provide caregiver/parent training and collaborate with related providers.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
