Golden Care Therapy in Georgia is seeking a Hybrid BCBA to provide supervision to therapists, design intervention plans, and review session notes. This role offers a flexible schedule with part-time hours and potential full-time opportunities.

You will analyze ABA data, coordinate with families and staff, and conduct assessments as needed, with a mix of remote and in-person work to support home-based services across the state.

Qualifications

• Applied Behavior Analysis: 6 months mandatory experience.
• License/Certification: BCBA required.
• Work Location: Hybrid/Remote in Georgia

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
• Design behavior intervention plans and review session notes regularly.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, techs, and administration.
• Conduct assessments as needed.
