Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team and provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy to children and families across Georgia. This is a remote, flexible role designed for BCBAs who value impact and collaboration.

As a BCBA you will conduct FBAs and skills assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, analyze data, train families, and coordinate with SLPs, OTs, and educators.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• 1–2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.
• Strong ABA knowledge, communication skills, and professionalism.
• Must reside in Georgia (or within 50 miles of the state line).

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill assessments as a BCBA.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and ABA programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Analyze data and modify interventions as needed.
• Train families, caregivers, and staff.
• Collaborate with other professionals (SLP, OT, educators).
• Complete all documentation according to BACB and Georgia requirements.
