Job summary

ABA Journey in Georgia is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in a remote role, providing services to clients across Georgia. The BCBA will conduct assessments, design and implement treatment plans, and supervise RBTs.

Candidates must reside in Georgia, have BCBA certification, and hold a Master’s in ABA or a related field. This position offers a flexible schedule with full-time or part-time options and remote work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• 1–2 years of BCBA experience; supervising RBTs a plus.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct FBAs, skill assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Program Implementation: Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans by RBTs and other staff.
• Supervision & Training: Provide ongoing supervision and guidance to RBTs, ensuring treatment fidelity.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with speech therapists, OTs, and educators to ensure comprehensive care, and update families.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure documentation meets BACB standards and Georgia state regulations.
