Job summary

BrightView Behavioral Health Services in Los Angeles is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to develop and oversee ABA treatment programs for clients with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. You will train interventionists, analyze data, and write quarterly client reports to support high-quality care.

The role involves supervising clinical staff, collaborating with families, and delivering evidence-based interventions (DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, TEACCH).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing required.
• Experience supervising staff.
• 3+ years direct service experience with developmental disabilities or related conditions.
• Experience designing educational programs for children with autism.
• Experience in functional assessments and behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and modify behavior programs and goals for a caseload.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Conduct functional assessments and complete progress reports.
• Analyze data and create graphs for data visualization.
• Deliver staff training and parent training on ABA interventions.
• Ensure treatment methods reflect current research and best practices.
• Collaborate with families to develop behavior support strategies.
• Manage caseload and timely documentation and billing.
