Job summary

BrightView Behavioral Health Services is hiring a full-time BCBA in Los Angeles. This hybrid/remote role focuses on delivering evidence-based ABA care, mentoring staff, and supporting families to achieve meaningful progress.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification, a Master's in a related field, and at least three years of direct service experience across varied settings. Join a collaborative, growth-oriented team that values professional development and quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff.
• At least 3 years of direct service experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or related challenges.
• Experience across home-based, center-based, educational, or social services settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans and clinical goals.
• Conduct functional assessments and complete assessment and progress reports.
• Analyze client data, interpret trends, and create graphs for visual review.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
• Train, supervise, and provide feedback to interventionists and clinical staff.
• Provide parent and caregiver training based on individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver consultation and support around ABA principles, intervention strategies, crisis management, and behavior support.
• Ensure treatment approaches are evidence-based and aligned with current research.
• Write quarterly progress reports and maintain clinical documentation.
