Job summary

Verbal Behavior Associates in San Diego, CA is seeking a BCBA or BCBA-D to lead and supervise a growing ABA program for children in schools and communities across Southern California.

You will supervise weekly sessions, oversee progress graphs, mentor RBTs and Clinical Supervisors, and ensure high-quality instructional decisions while maintaining client records and reports. Excellent benefits and a clear growth plan offered.

Qualifications

• ABA supervision experience and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekly supervision hours for clients on your caseload.
• Maintain responsibility for broad objectives, short term objectives, graphs and instructional decisions related to each client on your caseload.
• Train and supervise each RBT and Clinical Supervisor working with your clients under the direction of Clinical Leadership.
• Maintain client program books, records, session notes and graphs; produce and submit annual progress reports for each client.
• Prepare and organize client materials, attend bi-weekly company meetings, schedule meetings, etc.
• Follow research guidelines and data collection procedures as determined by Clinical Leadership.
• Complete trainings, reading and assignments as assigned by Clinical Leadership.
