Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services in Colorado Springs seeks a BCBA Intern Program Specialist to provide clinical oversight for ABA programs while mentoring interns and staff in a hybrid role.

You will develop and implement ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and ensure BACB-compliant supervision and documentation. A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required; CPR/First Aid preferred; strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with BCBA certification.
• Experience supervising ABA Interns toward BCBA certification.
• Strong leadership and analytical/communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid and Safety Care certification preferred (training available).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans and conduct assessments.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervise RBTs and oversee quality of service delivery.
• Deliver BACB-compliant supervision for trainees, including competency development and documentation.
