Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a remote-friendly behavioral health organization focused on delivering high-quality ABA services for children. We seek a Clinical Authorizations Associate (BCBA) to review plans, ensure medical necessity, and liaise with payors to obtain approvals, enabling seamless care.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with BCBAs, and timely documentation, with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience conducting assessments and writing treatment and behavior intervention plans preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and phone presence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing treatment plans and clinical documents for initial and ongoing authorizations.
• Ensuring treatment plans reflect medical necessity and adhere to behavior analytic principles.
• Submitting clinical documentation within required deadlines.
• Tracking and reporting feedback from insurance payors.
• Conducting clinical calls with insurance providers to support authorizations.
