Job summary

Proud Moments ABA, a remote full-time employer in New York, is seeking a Clinical Authorizations Associate (BCBA). You will review treatment plans and clinical documents to secure initial and ongoing authorizations, ensuring medical necessity and adherence to behavior analytic principles.

You’ll liaise with BCBAs, interact with insurance payors, and document deadlines, with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive pay. A strong BCBA certification and precise, collaborative approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience conducting assessments and writing treatment and behavior intervention plans (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and phone presence.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 Annually
