Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful and measurable progress.

The role offers fully remote scheduling, no caseload minimum or maximum, no non-compete agreements, licensure support through the LBA

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
