Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Authorizations Associate (BCBA) to join our remote team in the United States. In this role you will review treatment plans, ensure medical necessity, and liaise with BCBAs and insurance payors to translate clinical care into approved services.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience assessing and writing treatment and behavior intervention plans preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and phone presence; collaborates with BCBAs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 Annually
