House of Hearts ABA is seeking a BCBA Assessor for a fully remote, part-time position. Assessments are conducted via telehealth, with a flexible, volume-based caseload and competitive pay of $50–$65 per hour.

The role is open nationwide and designed for professionals who value efficiency and high-quality data. We welcome BCBAs in good standing, with remote assessment experience and Central Reach proficiency.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
• Remote/telehealth ABA assessments experience.
• Experience with Central Reach.
• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of assessment tools and methodology.
• Able to handle a volume-based caseload of 7–13 assessments per month.
• Reliable, tech-friendly, and able to start quickly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote assessments via telehealth with accurate data collection.
• Move through assessments with speed and maintain quality.
• Document assessment in Central Reach EHR.
• Manage a flexible caseload across weeks.
• Communicate clearly with families and internal teams, including in Spanish or another second language where needed.
• Stay compliant with BACB ethics and regulations.
