House of Hearts ABA is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, hourly role. The position offers a flexible schedule (10–20 billable hours/week) and a hybrid work model combining remote and in-person duties, with a competitive hourly pay of $70–$85.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• Ability to supervise RBTs in schools and homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
