House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time hourly position. The role offers a flexible schedule with a blend of remote and in-person work and a focus on small caseloads to maintain quality and balance.

You’ll supervise RBTs in schools and homes, conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with educators and families to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year ABA experience required.
• Part-time, hourly schedule flexible to fit your life.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of children and families.
