Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a BCBA Assessor for a fully remote, part-time role. Conduct telehealth assessments, document findings in Central Reach, and manage a variable caseload from 10 to 20 assessments per month, with each assessment allotted 4 hours.

Strong clinical judgment, ethics compliance, and bilingual communication are highly valued as you support families quickly and accurately from any location in the US.

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing and eligible to assess remotely.
• Experience conducting remote/telehealth ABA assessments.
• Familiarity with Central Reach documentation.
• Bilingual candidates preferred (Spanish or other languages).
• Ability to conduct assessments thoroughly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote assessments via telehealth with strong clinical judgment.
• Move through assessments with speed and accuracy.
• Document assessment findings in Central Reach.
• Handle a flexible, volume-based caseload weekly.
• Communicate clearly with families and teams, in needed second language.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and regulatory requirements.
