Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our flexible, part-time team. This hybrid role lets you choose in-person or remote supervision to fit your schedule, with caseloads designed to be manageable and meaningful.

You'll supervise RBTs, plan assessments and treatments, and collaborate with families and leadership to deliver high-quality care while staying compliant with BACB ethics and state requirements.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• 1+ years of ABA experience.
• Ability to manage a flexible caseload and schedule.
• Experience with supervision via telehealth and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management for a small, manageable group of clients.
• In-person supervision for cases near you, if preferred.
• Telehealth supervision to support RBTs and families.
• Develop thoughtful, individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of RBTs, families, and leadership.
• Maintain high standards aligned with BACB ethics, state regulations, and payer requirements.
