Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, supervise, and evaluate ABA programs across telehealth, clinic, home, or school settings. You will lead therapy teams, develop measurable goals, and ensure fidelity to BACB standards, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Requirements include an active BACB BCBA certification, state licensure as needed, a master’s degree in ABA or related field, and at least 2 years of ABA experience with supervision.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active state licensure where required by the state of practice.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance per ACT and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs for patients across the lifespan.
• Conduct FBAs and skill assessments to identify treatment priorities and goals.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
• Create and modify behavior intervention plans using evidence-based ABA methods.
• Deliver direct ABA services and monitor progress with data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators for holistic care.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates in line with BACB standards.
• Provide training, feedback, and professional development for supervisees.
• Maintain thorough documentation, session notes, and progress reports.
